Our personal spin on Thai curry, this medium-spicy bone broth is made by infusing directly into the broth the whole food ingredients used to make a Thai red curry paste. With hints of coconut and lime and a nice kick from the Thai red chilis, this is the perfect broth for clearing sinuses and kicking a cold! Amazing to sip just like coffee or tea, but it also makes a great base for soups and mussels. Use in place of water to add nourishing flavor when cooking grains and vegetables.
